SEIU in the Fine Print

It should be no surprise that SEIU is endorsing the Democrat in the Kentucky Senate race.

But it seems they are trying hard not to advertise it.

And if you need help remembering SEIU:

Note he says he "would not be standing here" without SEIU.

Perhaps her victory speech will sound much the same.

And if you still don't remember SEIU's true colors... They are black and blue.

And finally if you did not watch the first video above to the very end, you may not recall that SEIU worked closely with, and shared office space with ACORN, an organization that agreed to "cease all Ohio activity" in a 2010 settlement resulting from voter fraud allegations in 2008.

SUPER STEEL (!!!!!!!!!!!)

First ZDP-189 knife I have owned.

Someone did some file work on it and sold it back to the knife shop. I got it for less than the price of an unmolested knife.

The Good The Bad and The Fake

I don't know much about knife steels.

From the little research I have done S30V is one of the better steels you see in common production knives (Spyderco comes to mind).

That said I'm interested in the Buck Hartsook as it is the least costly option in S30V.

But buyer beware there are some  close copies out there, with all the markings of the real thing.

I don't really know if the Buck Smidgen is that bad. It is 420HC steel which is at the bottom of the scale. I don't know if it is much better than the Chinese mystery steel (maybe it is).

I will try to but up more Photos of my knives (and swords, and kukris, and tomahawks), but I also want to post other people videos that have good info or simply show something that I want (and might never have).

He is pretty hard on some Cold Steel products, and you may know I am a huge CS fanboy, but I have no problem with his criticism.

I love the mods he does especially the CS hawks.

Caught wind of a new TV show called Combat Pawn. It focuses on the store Guns Plus near Ft. Bragg and follows the basic format of other  TV show that came before it.

I know their is not a lot of reality in "Reality TV" so maybe someone from TV land talked them into this display, but even so, I can't wrap my mind around putting you name out their as the guy pointing a gun at the next door neighbor every morning.
