    I saw Richard every June for 10 years at his Second Chance Bowling Pin Shoot. Saw him do the vest demo
    twice, once with a .44 Magnum, once with a Ruger .480.

    Good guy with a weird sense of humor and a lot of commitment to getting cops to wear vests.
